Terms of Service (TOS)

for the sale of digital game modifications and cheat tools

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made via our online shop or digital platform. By accessing our services or purchasing any digital content (referred to as “Cheats” or “Software”), you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Products & Purpose

We provide access to digital tools, software, configurations, and instructions related to game modifications (commonly known as “cheats”). These are intended strictly for private use and educational purposes only.

  1. Contract & Purchase

When you place an order or request access to a product, you are making a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order or provide access to the digital content.

  1. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and may include VAT if applicable.
We accept various payment methods (e.g., cryptocurrencies, instant transfers). No right exists to demand a specific payment method.

  1. Delivery & Access

Digital products will be delivered via download link or via private access (e.g., Discord roles, private channels) after successful payment. Delivery is considered fulfilled upon providing access.

  1. No Refund / No Withdrawal

As digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, you waive your right to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with §356(5) BGB or equivalent local law). Refunds will not be issued unless required by law.

  1. Use at Your Own Risk

You use all cheats and tools at your own risk. We are not responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to game account bans, suspensions, or other disciplinary actions by third parties (e.g., game developers).

  1. Updates & Compatibility

We strive to maintain functionality, but we do not guarantee that any cheat will work indefinitely. Game updates or anti-cheat changes may render software non-functional, temporarily or permanently. You are not entitled to future updates unless explicitly stated.

  1. Liability Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Liability is limited to intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

  1. Privacy

We collect and process only the data necessary to provide our service. No data will be sold or shared without your consent. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Legal Notice

The use of cheats may violate the Terms of Service of third-party games. You are fully responsible for your actions. Our service is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher or platform.
