Data Processing on Our Website and Online Shop

Server Log Files and Access Data

Each time you visit our website, certain data is automatically collected for technical reasons. Our web server stores this access data in so-called server log files. This includes, for example:
• Your IP address in anonymized form
• Date and time of the request
• The accessed page/file (URL)
• The status code (HTTP response)
• Transferred data volume
• The browser used and operating system (User-Agent)

This data is required to properly deliver the website, ensure the security and stability of operations, and for possible error analysis. This data is not merged with other data sources.
The purpose of this processing is the technical operation and security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in providing you with a secure and functional website.

Log file data is only stored for a limited period and is then deleted or anonymized. A typical retention period for server logs is 7 to 30 days. Longer storage only occurs in exceptional cases, for example if required for security reasons (e.g., to investigate misuse or fraud).

Cookies

Our website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device. We primarily use cookies to ensure the functionality of our online shop – for example, to keep your shopping cart intact or to keep you logged in. These cookies are technically necessary and are not used for tracking purposes.

You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set and allow or block them individually. You can also delete stored cookies at any time. Please note that the functionality of our services may be limited without cookies.
The use of technically necessary cookies is based on Section 25(2) TTDSG (German Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a functional online shop).

Customer Account and Orders

When you place an order in our online shop, we collect the data necessary for processing the purchase. This typically includes: your email address (for communication and delivery of the digital product) and the payment details you selected. You may optionally provide additional information.

If our shop offers the creation of a customer account and you choose to register, we store the information you provide (e.g., email address and your chosen login name) in your password-protected account.

We use this data to execute the purchase agreement with you, in particular to process your order, deliver the purchased digital product (cheat), and communicate with you regarding questions or support.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Without this data, we cannot fulfill the contract (your order).

After the complete execution of the order (and possibly the termination of the user relationship/customer account), we retain your data only within the scope of statutory retention obligations (see “Storage Duration” section). Otherwise, the data will be deleted unless you have consented to further use or we are otherwise legally permitted to retain it.
