Payment Processing

To process payments for the digital products offered in our shop, we use external payment service providers. Depending on the payment method you choose, the payment is processed via the respective provider’s platform (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

For example, we offer payment via PayPal. The provider of this service is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. If you select PayPal as your payment method, the necessary information will be transmitted to PayPal. This may include your PayPal-registered email address, the amount, and other transaction details.
The transfer of data to the payment provider is carried out solely for the purpose of payment processing and is necessary for contract fulfillment under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In addition, we have a legitimate interest in offering you a secure and efficient payment method (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Please note that the respective payment provider is independently responsible for the processing of your payment data in connection with the transaction. We only receive confirmation from the payment provider regarding the successful transaction and, if necessary, information required for bookkeeping. We do not store sensitive payment data such as credit card numbers on our own systems.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content if we have begun the execution of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin with the execution of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and you have simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the execution has begun (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code – BGB).

This means: By purchasing, downloading or activating the digital product (e.g. cheat/software), you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
